Working principle
Multi-layer Filter is a fine filtration equipment. The surface of equipment is polished and sealed. It is normally used together with S.S. feeding pump. It's widely used for laboratory, fine chemicals, pharmacy, food, chemical etc.
It consists of filter cloth, stainless steel plate, rubber seal, and stainless steel pump and so on. Under the pressure of the pump, the liquid is pumped into filter chamber. The liquid go through the media and the impurities are trapped on the surface of the filter cloth. The solid will become to filter cake gradually. And the process of filtration finished.This filter is made of S.S. 304 or 316L, which are corrosion-resistant and long service time. The plate are designed with a structure of screw thread style.
It is suitable for filtration of rapeseed, tea seed, peanut, sesame and other oils. It can also be used to filter other oil or turbid liquid containing solid impurities, such as hydraulic oil and other chemical industry. Compared with the previous design, the effect of filtration is very good, simple operation. The failure rate is lower, and the increase of the air compressor mouth, to avoid the previous plate and frame type oil filter oil problem.

- It can ensure high pressure and temperature, so that could used in more fields, get lowest moisture and most output.
- Manual Jack closing is practical and cost saving. Basically ZERO running cost.
- Plate & Frame structure designed for easy operation and maintenance.
- The flatness of the filter plate is lower than 25μm can perfectly avoid leakage.
- Every plates is tested under high closing pressure 21 MPa.
- All structure is also coated by S.S.304, so that easy to clean and serves longer.
- Main beam is made of high quality SS304 with sand blasting processing and it is of high intensity and corrosion resisting.
- All beams are produced by making use of submerged arc auto welding technology.
- The filter cloth is pure cotton material, so that non-toxic, odourless.
