Production description
1. Material of housing: Carbon steel/ stainless steel. It can be lined by PP or PTFE.
2. Material of sealing/gasket: Silicone, nitrile butadiene rubber
3. Material of filter bag: PP, PE, PTFE, Nylon mesh, Stainless steel or woven cloth
4. Resistance to the alkali/acid corrosion
5. Filtraiton temperature: ≤200°C
6. Opening method of cover: Manual, pneumatic or mechanical
7. Method of surface treatment: Mirror polishing, sandblasting, painting (Carbon steel)
Application
The double filter (double switch filter) is a parallel connection of two stainless steel bag filters. It has the advantages of novel and reasonable structure, good sealing, strong circulation capacity, continuous work, easy operation, etc. A wide range of multi-purpose filtration equipment with strong adaptability. In particular, the probability of side leakage of the filter bag is small, the filter accuracy can be accurately guaranteed, and the filter bag can be replaced quickly, and the filter basically has no material consumption, which reduces the operating cost.
