The stainless steel plate and frame filter is made of SUS 304 or sus 316L high-quality stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. The filter plate of the machine adopts threaded disc wire structure to effectively protect the service life of the filter medium.

1. In addition to the motor, other parts of the machine are made of 304 or 316L high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which is suitable for filtering various pH acid-base solutions.
2. This machine applies pressurized closed filtration, with less filtrate loss, good filtration quality and high efficiency.
3. The filtering part is composed of ten layers of filter plates, with large filtering area and large circulation.

According to the requirements of different production processes of the filtered solution (primary filtration, de activated carbon, particle removal, semi fine filtration and fine filtration), different filter membranes can be replaced, and the number of filter plate layers can be appropriately reduced or increased according to the user's production flow, so as to meet the needs of production.
