Q3: Does your factory have any audit or certification?

A: Sure. We have an ISO9001:2015 quality system certificate, BSCI certification and we have passed Disney NBCU Coca-Cola and 

Hasbro factory audit.

Q4: Do you have any certification for your products?  

A: Yes. We have. Domestic toys are mainly GB6675, For the Europe market, we can pass EN71 PART1/2/3, RoHS. For the US market, we 

can pass ASTM F963, CPSIA, California CPSIA, PROP65, etc

Q5: Can you send free samples for your Animal Figurine?

A: Confirmation. Before making the mold, clients can ask for changing the design, we will change the design as per request if no technique questions if clients need to change design during molding, clients need to pay the re-molding cost.

Q6: Can you make a test for us? What If I pay the test fee but the test result is not passed?

A: Yes sure we can make a test for you. We provide the free samples and you pay the test fee. 

Do you have any test lab requirements? We are working with SGS, TUV, BV, ITS, etc. Or you can appoint the test lab. We will improve and send samples again and the second-time test fee will be bear by ourselves.
