BS5163 Non-rising Stem Soft Seal Gate Valve 

1. PRODUCT PROFILE

BS5163 non-rising stem resilient seated gate valve is one type of gate valve with flexible wedge as its on-off disc, which moving direction is perpendicular with flow. Ductile Iron body and bonnet for high strength and impact resistance.Rubber bonnet gasket for longevity and protection of bonnet bolts , Isolated fasteners for corrosion protection.Stainless steel stem with rolling thread for high strength and corrosion resistance .Back sealing facility to allow for replace ment of seals under full operating pres sure.

Straight through full bore to avoid debris traps, small flow resistance.Prosper Flow can manufacture resilient seated gate valve according to the standard of DIN3202 F4/F5/BS5163 with sizes of 2″~32″ (DN50~800mm).

2. FEATURES

· The bottom of the valve body adopts no groove design, and does not cause accumulation of impurities or dirt, thereby effectively avoiding the leakage caused by impurities scratching of the valve seat.
· The valve stem is designed with three "O" ring seal. The friction resistance of the switch can be reduced, water leakage is greatly reduced, and the sealing ring can be replaced without cutting off water.
