1. PRODUCT PROFILE

Y Strainer is device for mechanically removing unwanted solids from liquids, gas or steam lines by means of a perforated or wire mesh straining element. It is used in pipelines to protect pumps, meters, control valves, steam traps, regulators and other process equipment. Prosper Flow can manufacture and supply Y Strainer according to standard of DIN3202-F1 with dimensions of 2”~12” (DN50~DN300mm).

2. FEATURES

· Main parts of all kinds of pumps, valves in the pipeline

· Mainly used to filter dirt, rust and other debris

·The Y-type strainer screen adopts stainless steel double-layer net structure, which is firm and durable, and has the characteristics of advanced structure, small flow resistance and convenient sewage discharge.

·The mesh number of the filter screen should be set according to the user's needs. 

·A blow down plug on the drain port will allow clean-out without removal of the screen and without interrupting the process flow,provided on request.

·304 SS perforated screens are standard.
