1. PRODUCT PROFILE
 
Gearbox operaed resilient gate valve gland type square cap is one type of gate valve with flexible wedge as its on-off disc, which moving direction is perpendicular with flow. Resilient gate valve gland type can be only full open or full close. The valves disc is rubber-packed to get excellent sealing effect by the rubber's resilient deformation.Non-rising stem  resilient seated gate valves solve the problem in general gate valves such as leakage, rusting etc.and saves installation space. It is used widely in tap water industry, sewage treatment, shipping construction,petroleum, chemicals, food, pharmacy, textile, electric power, metallurgy and energy system's pipeline to adjust and shut off fluids. Prosper Flow can manufacture DIN-F4/F5/BS5163 non-rising stem resilient gate valve gland type according to the standard of DIN3202 F4 with sizes of 2″~32″ (DN50~800mm).

· Online replaceable under full pressure with valve fully opened; Three o-rings protects upper stem from impurities entering from the water way
· Every valve be 100% tested and qualified before packmaterialing and delivery
