1. PRODUCT PROFILE

Resilient Seated Gate Valve is one type of gate valve with flexible wedge as its on-off disc, which moving direction is perpendicular with flow. Gate valve is one of the most widely used valves in various fluid transportation projects.In traditional gate valves, there are common phenomena such as fluid leakage and serious internal corrosion. It can adapt to different working environments and needs. The soft sealing gate valve has the advantages of sealing reliability, long service life, and energy saving and consumption reduction. We can manufacture resilient seated gate valve according to the standard of DIN3202 F4/F5/BS5163 with sizes of 2″~32″ (DN50~800mm).

2. FEATURES

· Suitable for drinking water & treated sewage

· Available with cap top or handwheel operation

· Fixed wedge structures prevents vibration

· With precise machined stem, ensures low torque requirements during operation

· Full coating on the body and disc internally & externally with an average of 250 microns. Higher coating thicknesses are available when required.

· Wedge ductile iron GGG50 encapsulated with EPDM
