1. PRODUCT PROFILE

Socket end resilient seated gate valve for DI pipe, intubated soft seal gate valve, also known as socket type soft seal gate valve; The main feature of the socket type soft sealing gate valve is to set two caps at both ends of the valve, which form a socket connection with the pipe,that is, the pipe is directly inserted into the socket, which is very convenient to install, and the rubber sealing ring is placed between the pipe and the socket to achieve sealing.This kind of connection is different from the flange connection, which is called the flexible connection or stress-free connection. Its advantage is that it allows the pipe to stretch at the connection with the socket, which can compensate for the change in the length of the pipe and eliminate the material stress caused by the expansion and contraction of the pipe due to heat, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the pipe.Prosper Flow can manufacture socket end resilient seated gate valve according to the standard of ISO 2531 with sizes of 2″~12″ (DN50~300mm).
