1. PRODUCT PROFILE

Expansion rubber joint is known as shock absorber, pipe shock absorber, shock proof box and soft joint. It is a pipe joint of high-flexibility, high-gas tightness, resistance to medium and climate. Prosper Flow rubber expansion joints has five types: single sphere rubber expansion joints, double sphere rubber expansion joints, threaded rubber expansion joints, reduced rubber expansion joints and rubber bending joint. There are two kinds of connections: flange and threaded. The rubber expansion joints is widely used in water supply and drainage, recycled water, air conditioning and heating, fire control, shipping, water pump, and compressor, etc.

2. FEATURES

· Double sphere rubber expansion joint make use of the advantages of high elasticity, high gas, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber, which can reduce vibration and noise of pipes, and compensate for thermal expansion and cold shrinkage caused by temperature changes.

· The double sphere rubber expansion joint could primarily reduce the quiver and the noise ofthe piping system; completely solve the different piping problems asdisplacement of jiont, axial flex and etc.

· According to different material requirement,double sphere rubber expansion joint could be made as acid proof,alkali proof,corrosion proof to suit different medium and environment.

· The material of double sphere rubber expansion joint has good sealing performance, light weight, easy to fix and maintain, and long service life. However, please keep away from sharp metal to avoid steel ball breaking.
