1.PRODUCT PROFILE

Soft seated Gate Valve is made from ductile iron and is used in mainly water supply lines. The material is soft and can be used with ease with the pipelines. There are different types that are used in different industrial applications. The material is mostly GGG50 with flat body.

2. FEATURES

· 100% tight sealing is achieved through EPDM covered wedge fully contacting the fusion bonded epoxy coated flow surface.

· The body and bonnet are manufactured from ductile iron castings. It is resistant to high tensile stress occurring in pipelines.

· Low operating torque due to plastic sliding guides on the wedge.

· Maintenance-free and corrosion-resistant stem sealing.
· O-ring sealing.

· Every valve be 100% tested and qualified before packing and delivery
