1.PRODUCT PROFILE

Our Ductile Iron Soft Seat Gate Valve is suitable to fit between PN16 flanges and designed for general purpose, HVAC and industrial applications; water, air conditioning, heating, irrigation, sewage and fire fighting systems. A flanged, handwheel operated manual gate valve with epoxy coated Ductile Iron body, bonnet and Stainless Steel stem.

Commonly used underground due to the hard wearing fusion bonded epoxy coating.

· Full bore design

· Low operating torque

· Up to DN 300 (inclusive) sizes are supplied with hand wheel as default DN 350 (inclusive) and above can be supplied with gear box as optional.

· Large conical stem hole in the wedge prevents stagnant water.

· Wedge and body guide rails ensure stable operation.

· Stainless steel stem with rolled threads for high strength & low operation torque.

· Every valve be 100% tested and qualified before packing and delivery
