1.PRODUCT PROFILE

Soft seated gate valves, in ductile iron GGG40 or GGG50 with flat body and EPDM covered wedge, are suitable for drinking water applications, being coated with epoxy powder painting, not toxic. This kind of gate valves are inside screw, with non rising stem in SS420, wedge EPDM vulcanized and sliding rails on the body. The soft seated gate valves are full bore, have no pressure drops, with the EPDM covered wedge that is not affected by corrosion and that doesn’t need any maintenance. In case of need, o-rings on the stem can be replaced with the valve in the pipeline and in complete open position. Soft seated gate valves in ductile iron can be installed above or under the ground level, or in chambers.

· The inside and outside of the valve bodyadopt powder epoxy resin electrostatic coating, which can effectively prevent corrosion and rust caused by contact between valve body and medium, and can be used in sewage system.
· The valve plate adopts high-quality overall rubber coating, the use of advanced technology makes the vulcanized rubber vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate connection is firm and not easy to fall off with good elastic memory, so as to ensure the stable performance of the valve sealing.
