1. PRODUCT PROFILE

Soft seated gate valves, in ductile iron GGG40 or GGG50 with flat body and EPDM covered wedge, are suitable for drinking water applications, being coated with epoxy powder painting, not toxic.The valve is made of high-quality rubber for the whole, the outer rubber, the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve to ensure accurate geometrical dimensions, and the rubber and ductile iron valves are then firm, not easy to fall off and elastic memory is good.The valve body is coated with powder epoxy to prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body. It can also be used in sewage systems. It is not easy to break. Traditional iron gate valves in the past often cause breakage due to impact, collision or overlap of foreign objects. Since the body is changed to ductile iron, this situation can be greatly reduced.

2. FEATURES

· Full bore design

· The ductile iron core is fully vulcanized with drinking water approved EPDM rubber internally and externally.

· No iron parts are exposed to the medium and the excellent rubber vulcanization prevents creeping corrosion underneath the rubber.

· Guides in the wedge and on the valve body ensure a uniform closure regardless of high pressure.

· Safe operation is ensured, as the guides prevent overloading of the stem.

· The wedge has a large through bore and as there are no hollows in the core, stagnant water or impurities cannot collect and cause contamination.

· Low operating torque
