Rubber seated gate valves, in ductile iron GGG40 or GGG50 with flat body and EPDM covered wedge, are suitable for drinking water applications, being coated with epoxy powder painting, not toxic.For a long time, the general gate valves used in the market have water leakage or rust phenomenon. 2. FEATURES
· Full bore design
· A round rubber bonnet gasket fits into a recess in the valve bonnet preventing it from being blown out by pressure surges.
· The galvanized bonnet bolts are countersunk in the valve bonnet, encircled by the bonnet gasket and sealed with hot melt.
· Thus there is no risk of corrosion as the bolts are not exposed to the medium or soil.
· Valve stem with three O ring seal, small friction resistance, light switch, no water leakage.
· Low operating torque
· Every valve be 100% tested and qualified before packing and delivery
