1. PRODUCT PROFILE

The Grooved End Resilient Seated Gate Valve is not limited by the installation site, has vibration isolation and sound insulation and can overcome the difference between the pipeline connection and the different axis within a certain angle range, if the valve is closed, no water can pass through, and when it is open, water can flow through freely. When open, the disc is parallel to the flow and when it’s closed it perpendicular, which closes off the flow of water. The disc remains in the passageway at all times, but because of its thin design it does not create significant resistance. Running through the center of the disc is a rod connected to a handle.

2. FEATURES

· Fixed, integral wedge nut prevents vibration and ensures durability

· Fusion bonded epoxy coating in accordance with WRAS for both interior and exterior surface which provides reliable corrosion resistance.

· The Valve has been subjected to 1,000 cycles of operation at a maximum rate of 6 cycles of operation per minute from fully closed to fully open and from fully open to fully closed positions under cycled hydrostatic pressure.

· Round EPDM bonnet gasket fixed in a recess

· Countersunk and sealed stainless steel bonnet bolts encircled by the bonnet gasket
