1. PRODUCT FROFILE

BS5163 Rising Stem resilient seated gate valve is one type of gate valve with flexible wedge as its on-off disc, which moving direction is perpendicular with flow. Gate valve can be only full open or full close. They are widely used in series of industries, especially in water supply projects, public works, water treatment plant, fire fighting, etc. Prosper Flow can manufacture resilient seated gate valve according to the standard of /BS5163 with sizes of 2"-16"(DN50~300mm).

2. FEATURES

· The body is ductile iron,high level than national stanard.Tensile strength is 450Mpa,elongation is large than 10%,can not be broken easily when transport.
· Both inner and out part is epoxy coating, the thickness is 250μm minimum,can prevent rust well,can be used in sewage system.
· The wedge is coated with EPDM, the EPDM proportion can reach 50%,steable and good resilient.
· 3 O rings are used on 2Cr13 stem,can reduce friction,prevent leakage,can change sealing ring with stop water.
