Water Tap Flow Test Machine EN 817 SUS 304 Stainless Steel 2.5~35L/Min
 

Applicable:

It’s used for water tape, sprinklers, hoses, angle valves, and etc. The flow is not more than 35L/min, dynamic pressure less than 0.6MPa.

Parameters:

1. The frame is made of aluminum material, the water for flow test can be recycled to water tank;
2. Water supply: stainless steel water tank, stainless steel multi-stage pump, pipeline;
3. Pressure adjustment: frequency converter to adjust the pressure and flow;
4. There are four swivel casters will be installed on the bottom, LED lighting and exhaust fan are inside the test chamber;
5. Control system: PLC+ touch screen, will show flow and pressure, with one thermal printer;
6. Two valves are installed in front of the two inlet valves, and one valve can be arbitrarily closed to test the cross-penetrating flow;
7. The joints and fixtures for single hole tap, shower faucet, US four-double and eight-double tap, shower and hose mounting will be provided;
8. Flow test: minimum flow in 0.14MPa(20psi) test; maximum flow is tested under 0.41MPa pressure; maximum flow of sprinkler nozzle is tested under 0.55MPa pressure.

Function:

1. Flow and pressure can be adjusted by frequency.
2. It also can do flow test for 0.01MPa low pressure.
3. The flow and pressure will be showed on touch screen.
4. Time-flow curve will be got;
5. Print test result.
