Q1:What is your MOQ?

Generally, our MOQ is 10000pcs, but we accept lower quantities for your trial order.

Q2:Can I get samples?

Yes, we can provide you with the existing sample free of charge. For samples with your logo, we will charge a little sample cost, this cost is refundable when you sign PO with us.

Q3:How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want it with your designs, it takes 5-7 days subject to your designs.

Q4:How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30days around for 3000pcs. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery even for large quantities.

Q5:What format of the file do you need if I want my design?
We have our designer, so you can provide JPG, AI, or PDF files. We will make a 3D drawing for your confirmation first.

30% T/T in advance after the order is confirmed, the balance should be arranged before the delivery.
