Product Description
- Our super Li-ion battery adopts unique design of explosion-proof valves to replaces explosion-proof lines in traditional lithium battery, which removes the potential risks of explosion and catching fire in case of any accident.
- We abandon the traditional process of welding between electrodes and cap by leading 2 poles in the same direction after their reverting with the films. In this way, the probability of empty solder and internal short-circuit is effectively reduced, thus enhancing the reliability and decreasing the impedance of the battery. Besides, the leading poles could be soldered on special PCB directly, to reduce the impedance of battery pack by saving process of spot welding.

High charge and discharge capacity
Compared with carbon materials, LTO batteries have a higher lithium-ion diffusion coefficient, enabling high-intensity charge and discharge rates. This allows the battery to not only be charged quickly, but also provide high power output depending on the desired demand.
Safety First Design
LTO cells do not have an SEI layer, so they are very safe and can withstand being cut or punctured. Our repeated heat tests show that our cells can withstand flames for 48 minutes before exploding.
