Product Description,

Duct or Tube Fabricating Auto Line V can make TDF flange / angle steel flange / C-cleat flange forming. Daily capacity is 1000-2500 square meters.

Users just need to input different sizes that you need.It will automatically proceed decoiling, leveling, notching, shearing, Pittsburgh lock forming,

TDF/Angle steel flange forming and C-cleat flange and folding into rectangular ducts.

Feature of Duct Auto line-V:

●  Line's structure；streamline in production and small occupation;

●  All coilers being driven by the speed adjustable independent frequency motor;

● the speed of each part is adjustable according to users’request.

●  with the material processing saving mode, users can reduce the waste of sheet metal significantly to less than 20mm per material coiler
● with the feature of servo motor driven in folding process and accurate positioning, it has the obvious advantage, especially when  make “口”    shaped duct .
●  Its production capacity can reach 2000 M3 each 8 hours with only one worker to operate the machine
