Copolymer coated copper tape applies for medium and high voltage power cables as a layer of shield/moisture barrier for cable core,it consists of copper tape coated with single side copolymer.The coating forms a strong moisture-resistant bond to copper substrate, also form strong polymeric bonds to zero halogen,polyethylene and chlorinated polyethylene jacketing resins during jacket extrusion process.
