ASTM A213 T11 Tube is a boiler class stainless steel tube that is made from different material grades. The tubes are used in heat exchangers, super heaters and in boilers. The qualities of the pipes make them available for the high temperature services. The ASME SA213 T11 Seamless Tube consists of carbon, manganese, phosphorous, sulfur, silicon, nickel, chromium and molybdenum. The composition provides the material with high tensile strength, high yield strength and high Brinell numbers.
The T11 Boiler Tube can be hot finished or cold drawn. It could also be seamless, ERW, welded or fabricated. For the most part, the ASTM A213 T11 Tube is highly tolerant to elevated temperatures and is highly corrosion resistant. The ductility of the material also allows for machining operations such as the flanging, bending and others.
