Vertical Stand Liquid Cryogenic Storage Tank For Chemical Storage
Vertical Stand Liquid Cryogenic Storage Tank
Description
Liquefaction refers to the process of a substance changing from a gaseous state to a liquid state, which releases heat to the outside world. There are two ways to achieve liquefaction, one is to reduce the temperature, and the other is to compress the volume. Since the volume of the gas usually becomes one thousandth of the original volume after liquefaction, which is convenient for storage and transportation, some gases are usually liquefied in reality. Under pressure, it can become liquid, while the critical point of other gases (such as oxygen and nitrogen) is very low, and deep cooling must be carried out while pressurizing.

1) Tank body: a pressure vessel consisting of an inner container, an outer shell and a thermal insulation layer.
2), the inner container (the material is generally stainless steel): the inner tank that stores cryogenic liquid and can withstand working pressure. Generally include: cylinder, head, craft manhole, external pressure reinforcement ring, etc.
3) Shell (generally made of carbon steel or low alloy steel): an airtight container that forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. Generally, it includes: cylinder body, head, external pressure reinforcement ring, lead pipe through-wall joint, lifting lug, support, etc.
