High Capacity 45,000 L 40,000 Liters LPG Gas Storage Tank

Large LNG atmospheric pressure single-containment tank and full-containment tank. With the promoted application of LNG clean energy, LNG storage tank is becoming larger and more applicable to atmospheric pressure. Large LNG storage tanks have been in widespread use in LNG liquefaction plants, LNG storage and distribution stations and LNG peak shaving stations.

LNG storage tank has a vertical cylindrical structure, double walls, flat bottom and self-supporting dome, and the interlayer is filled with powder for heat insulation.

Tank Head Material: Made from high-strength, pressure resistant and corrosion-resistant materials to ensure safety and durability.

Welding Joints: Weld achieves complete fusion (no lack of penetration) to avoid weak spots. Weld metal matches or exceeds the base metal's tensile strength (typically API620, ASME Section VII).

Radiographic Test: Detect internal defects in welds and base materials, ensuring structural integrity and safety.

• The capacity of LNG single-containment tank is generally 200 ~ 10,000m³. The single-containment tank has large fire protection distance, low land utilization rate and high investment cost of the owner.
• The LNG full-containment tank features high safety, small fire protection distance and high land utilization rate. The single full containment tank produced by the Company with a capacity of 5,000 ~ 50,000m³ is bimetallic and requires small investment and short construction cycle; the full-containment tank with a capacity of more than 50,000m³ are generally fully contained with concrete, requiring large investment and long construction period.
