90% Purity VPSA Oxygen Generator 1000-15000Nm³/h Flow
The VPSA oxygen system is primarily composed of blower, vacuum pump, switching valve, adsorber and oxygen balancing tank. After removing dust particles through the inlet filter, raw air is pressurized by the Roots blower to 0.3-0.5barg and enters one of the adsorbers. The adsorber contains adsorbent which removes water, carbon dioxide, and other gas components at the bottom layer (activated alumina), followed by nitrogen removal in the upper zeolite layer. Oxygen (including argon) passes through as product gas to the oxygen balancing tank.
When the adsorbent reaches saturation, the vacuum pump evacuates the adsorbent (0.5-0.7barg) through the switching valve, discharging absorbed components to the atmosphere and regenerating the adsorbent.
VPSA oxygen production systems are widely used in paper, glass, chemical, metallurgical, mineral processing, environmental protection, construction materials, light industry, aquaculture, and biotechnology applications due to their low energy consumption and simple operation.
