Product Description
The Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) oxygen production device operates at normal temperature conditions, utilizing molecular sieve technology to selectively adsorb nitrogen from air. Through adsorption-desorption cycle operations, it continuously produces oxygen with purity ranging from 80% to 95% or higher.
- Filtered air is transported by blower into adsorption towers (A or B) containing molecular sieve and activated alumina
- Nitrogen molecules diffuse into the molecular sieve while oxygen and argon pass through to the buffer tank
- After adsorption saturation, the system automatically switches to desorption mode using vacuum pressure
- Oxygen-rich air from one tower purges the other tower to complete the regeneration cycle
