The VPSA Oxygen Generator utilizes pressure swing adsorption technology with zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent. The molecular sieve selectively adsorbs nitrogen while allowing oxygen to concentrate in the gas phase, achieving efficient nitrogen-oxygen separation. The system employs a dual-adsorption-tower configuration where one tower produces oxygen while the other regenerates under negative pressure. PLC-controlled pneumatic valves alternate the towers continuously to ensure stable, high-quality oxygen output.
