Product Description
VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen production equipment utilizes advanced adsorptive gas separation technology to efficiently produce oxygen with purity levels ranging from 80% to 95% by separating nitrogen and moisture from the air.

Product Process Flow
The feed air is pressurized via the blower and passes through a water cooler to reduce temperature before entering the air balancer. After processing through the air buffer tank, the feed air flows into the adsorber via the switching system.
The switching system consists of:
  • Pneumatic switch butterfly valves
  • Manual adjusting butterfly valves
  • Piping network
The pneumatic switch valves are automatically controlled by a programmable controller, which sends electric signals to activate solenoid valves that deliver instrument air to the pneumatic switch valve cylinders.
Within the adsorber, the process air first passes through activated alumina to remove moisture, then flows through molecular sieves that selectively adsorb nitrogen, allowing oxygen to pass through and be collected as product.
When molecular sieves approach adsorption saturation, regeneration is achieved through evacuation. The system utilizes two adsorption beds that alternate operation to ensure continuous oxygen production.
