The system operates on pressure swing adsorption principles using high-quality carbon molecular sieves as adsorbents. Under pressure, oxygen and nitrogen exhibit different diffusion rates on carbon molecular sieves, allowing for effective separation.
The process utilizes two adsorption towers that alternate between pressurized adsorption and depressurized regeneration, enabling continuous production of high-quality nitrogen gas.
