Product Principle
Our PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Oxygen Generator Plant represents a revolution in non-cryogenic air separation technology, utilizing special grade Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS) for efficient oxygen production.
The system operates through these key stages:
- Compressed air passes through a twin tower PSA module with automatic changeover valves
- Air is dried via refrigerated dryer before contacting the ZMS bed
- Zeolite Molecular Sieves selectively adsorb nitrogen molecules
- While one tower produces oxygen, the other undergoes regeneration through depressurization
- Output oxygen is stabilized in a surge vessel with back pressure regulation
