Filtered air is conveyed by the blower into adsorption towers (A or B) equipped with molecular sieves and activated alumina. As air flows through the fixed bed layer of molecular sieves, nitrogen molecules diffuse into the solid molecular sieve under adsorption force, while oxygen molecules pass through to the buffer tank.
The oxygen is then pressurized by the oxygen compressor to the user's required pressure and sent to the storage tank. After reaching adsorption saturation, the air inlet valve closes, and oxygen-rich air flushes another evacuated tower.
When pressure drops sufficiently, the vacuum pump evacuates the tower. After reaching optimal vacuum level, oxygen-rich gas from another tower and product gas from the buffer tank flush the molecular sieve to completely desorb the adsorbent. The tower is then pressurized with product gas, preparing for the next adsorption cycle.

Machines are packed with wooden cases, anti-collision foam blocks, stretch film, and pearl cotton, meeting export packing standards. Two sets are delivered in 20-foot or 40-foot containers, with boosters and fittings packed in separate wooden cases.
Wooden cases feature exterior signage and anti-collision protection. Fragile components (gauges, flowmeters, controllers) receive special collision prevention treatment.
