On-Site Mobile Gases Systems Production Line PSA VPSA Oxygen Generator
The VPSA Oxygen Generator (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Generator) is an air separation equipment based on the selective adsorption characteristics of molecular sieves. Through the cyclic mechanism of adsorption process near atmospheric pressure and vacuum desorption, it preferentially adsorbs impurities such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the air, and finally stably produces oxygen with a purity of 90%-95%. It features low energy consumption and high degree of automation, and is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, medical field and other sectors.

System Components
- Air compressor (screw type): Uses air as raw material to collect and compress air to 8 bar
- Cold dryer: Standard configuration removes moisture and impurities from the air, making its dew point reach -20ºC (intermediate configuration uses adsorption dryer, dew point reaches -40ºC; advanced configuration uses combination dryer, dew point reaches -60ºC)
- Precision filter: A/T/C three-stage filter for oil removal, dust removal, and impurity removal
- Air buffer tank: Stores pure and dry air as raw material reserve for subsequent adsorption and separation of oxygen and nitrogen
- Adsorption tower: A&B adsorption towers work alternately, regenerate adsorption, and filter out oxygen molecules by filling sodium type molecular sieves
- Oxygen&nitrogen analyzer: Real-time monitoring and analysis of oxygen and nitrogen purity
- Valves&Pipelines: Intelligent control valves achieve fully automatic operation of equipment, PLC control, SUS304 pipeline
- Oxygen&Nitrogen Buffer Tanks: Store oxygen and nitrogen with qualified purity
- Pressure regulator: Adjust and stabilize the outlet pressure of oxygen and nitrogen (3-6 bar)
- Dust filter: Remove dust caused by molecular sieves in oxygen and nitrogen
- Check valve: Prevents oxygen and nitrogen reflux
- Turbocharger: Oxygen and nitrogen booster that boosts the pressure to filling pressure (usually 150 bar or 200 bar)
- Pressure regulating valve: Oxygen&nitrogen compressor pressure regulation
- Filling row: Split high-pressure oxygen and nitrogen into each gas cylinder
