The VPSA Oxygen Generator extracts oxygen from air through a periodic cycle of "adsorption-desorption". Its core technology utilizes the adsorption difference of molecular sieves under different pressures—capturing nitrogen at low pressure and releasing impurities under vacuum conditions. Composed of adsorption towers, blowers, PLC control systems and other components, this equipment provides stable oxygen output with 90%-95% purity while consuming only 60%-70% of the energy required by traditional oxygen production methods.
