- 316L stainless steel construction for core components (adsorption towers, pipelines, valves) offering 3× greater corrosion resistance than 304 stainless steel
- Corrosion-resistant lithium-based molecular sieve with protective coating technology
- PTFE material filter elements in pretreatment system to remove 99% of acidic mist and dust
The system integrates with wastewater treatment PLC systems for automatic oxygen flow adjustment based on real-time COD monitoring:
- Automatically increases to 40Nm³/h when COD > 2000mg/L for enhanced oxidation
- Reduces to 20Nm³/h when COD < 500mg/L for energy savings
