Principle
The cooler consists of the following parts. Heat transfer principle: heat and cold two fluid heat transfer, one in the pipe flow, called pipe fluid; The other flows outside the tube, called the shell - in order to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the fluid outside the tube, a number of baffles are usually installed inside the shell. The baffle increases the velocity of the fluid at the shell side and forces the fluid through the bundle several times. The heat exchange tube can be arranged into equilateral triangle or square on the tube plate. Equilateral triangle is arranged compact, high turbulence and high heat transfer coefficient. Easy to clean outside the pipe, suitable for easy scaling fluid.
