Testing procedure:
1. Before connecting the control wiring to the control card, energize the circuit.
2. Measure AC and DC voltage on the control wires from pole to pole and each pole to ground. If any measurement exceeds 20V additional voltage isolation is required or there may be a problem driver on the line. Do not connect wiring to the control card until this condition is resolved.
3. Observe that all fixtures are full bright when control wires are open and that when shorted all fixtures on the circuit go to their minimum level. If some or all fixtures do not dim, there is a problem with drivers or field wiring. The controller cannot address this kind of problem.
4. If all of the above tests pass, turn off the circuit and connect the wires to the control card.
