NAK80 mould steel is one of the most widely used precipitation hardening grades in the industry. Although it is soft and ductile under the condition of solution annealing, it can obtain high performance through single precipitation or aging treatment. It has good corrosion resistance, high wire harness performance, toughness and strength.
Size Range
- Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter): 5.5mm to 800mm
- Square bar / Flat bar: 3mm to 800mm
- Forging piece: stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
- Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T6 - 200mm X W10 - 1500mm X L1000-12000mm
- Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
