UNS S11100 is typically used for applications that require high strength and good corrosion resistance, such as low-temperature equipment, chemical processing equipment, and storage tanks for storing corrosive substances. It is also used for some medical applications, such as surgical instruments and implants.
Size Range
Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter):3.5 mm to 1500 mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 1.0 mm to 500 mm
Forging piece: Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T5.0 - 1000 mm X W8 - 1000 mm X L100-1000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T5.0 - 10 mm X W1 - 1000 mm X L100 - 800 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T5.0 - 10 mm X W1.0 - 1500 mm X L (or in coil form)
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
