55NiCrMoV 6 W-Nr 1.2713 tool steel is an alloy material used in the metallurgical industry, which also requires high mechanical properties and is not easily deformed during heat treatment, for the production of forged machine parts - forging dies, extruder parts, hot knives or deburring boards.
Size Range
Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter): 5.0 mm to 800 mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 1.0 mm to 500 mm
Forging piece: Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T5 - 1000 mm X W10 - 1000 mm X L1000-12000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T3 - 8 mm X W5 - 1000 mm X L300 - 1000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.5 - 10 mm X W10 - 800 mm X L (or in coil form)
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
