Product Information
1.2311 is a plastic mold steel, suitable for use at high temperatures, mainly used for the frame of plastic moulds, hydroforming tools and plastic pressure molds. They are highly hardenable, temper resistant and high temperature resistant.
Size Range
Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter): 3.0 mm to 500 mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 3.0 mm to 500 mm
Forging piece: Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T3 - 1000 mm X W10 - 1000 mm X L1000-12000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T3 - 10 mm X W5 - 1000 mm X L100 - 1000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.5 - 10 mm X W5 - 1000 mm X L (or in coil form)
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
