Product Information
Alloy 465 is a martensitic age hardening alloy. Alloy 465 can achieve an ultimate tensile strength exceeding 250 ksi under over aging (H 950) conditions. By over aging 465 alloy to H1000 conditions, 465 alloy achieves a perfect combination of strength, toughness, and stress corrosion cracking.
Size Range
Round bar / Wire rod (Diameter):3.0 mm to 500 mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 1.0 mm to 500 mm
Forging piece: Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T1.0 - 1000 mm X W10 - 1000 mm X L800-12000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T1.0 - 10 mm X W5 - 1000 mm X L100 - 1000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T3.0 - 10 mm X W10 - 1000 mm X L (or in coil form)
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
