Product Information

40MnCrN19K has high strength, high hardness and high wear resistance. The alloy can work under high temperature and high speed cutting conditions, and has excellent wear resistance and heat resistance.
X40MnCrN19K not only has excellent mechanical properties, but also is easy to heat treat and process. Its high hardness and wear resistance make it suitable for processing under high-speed cutting and heavy-duty cutting conditions, so it is widely used in the field of machinery manufacturing.

Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T1.0 - 1000 mm X W10 - 1000 mm X L800-12000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T2.0 - 10 mm X W8 - 1000 mm X L100 - 1000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T5.0 - 10 mm X W10 - 800 mm X L (or in coil form)
