Product Information

In the quenched state, X120Mn12 high manganese steel can improve the original low tensile strength and hardness in the cold worked layer through strong cold working, without adverse effects on the original material. The cold working carried out greatly increases wear resistance. Due to its durability, it can be bent, folded, and perforated. Limited cutting possibilities using hard metal tools at room temperature.

Forging piece: Stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T3.0 - 1000 mm X W10 - 1000 mm X L800-12000 mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T1.0 - 10 mm X W8 - 1000 mm X L100 - 1000 mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T1.0 - 10 mm X W10 - 500 mm X L (or in coil form)
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.

Applications

X120Mn12 is suitable for crusher jaw plates, shovel bolts, impact crushers, centrifugal crushers, crusher jaw plates, shovel connectors, and clamping teeth. It can also be used for wear-resistant plates, stone iron chutes, industrial track engineering, platform structures, and engineering machinery.
