Machine Components & Features
1. Man-machine Interface
This machine adopts a 7-inch touch screen display and a host computer (PLC) to digitally adjust the film length and number of sheets.
2. Feeding System
The paper feeding part is controlled by a servo motor, the paper pile moves intermittently during the feeding process, the belt has a long service life, and the paper products are processed to the conveying part in a smooth and orderly manner. Great for cardboard and corrugated paper.
3. Conveying Parts
Double paper servo control with four conveyor chains and four push blocks, adjustable according to paper shape. Equipped with 4 photoelectric sensors for paper arrival, counting, and jam detection.
4. Gluing Parts
The gluing part adopts an adjustable part gluing structure, easy to adjust according to paper requirements, saves gluing amount, and is easy to pull out and clean. The gluing roller stops when the machine stops.
5. Double Gluing System
The upper roller is the film cutting roller with two blades, the lower roller is the suction roller after film cutting.
6. Paper Delivery Parts
The finished product is delivered to the paper feed tray to complete the stacking and delivery of the paper.
