Q1. What About The Lead Time ?
A: Sample needs 1-2 days, standard batteries order mass production time needs 3-10 working days. While OEM/ODM orders would be needed about 30 days.
Q2. How Do You Guarantee Quality ?
A: We always do a pre-production sample testing before mass production and we always finish the final inspection before shipment, make sure each battery is proper as customer need.
Q3: Can I have a sample order for battery?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality, samples are free. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q4: Can I print my own logo on the product?
A: Yes, we welcome OEM and ODM orders. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5: Do you have MOQ for your batteries?
A: OEM orders MOQ is 10,000 pcs. We can also accept small quantity for neutral orders.
