The innovative Platen Lift System design reduces clamping time. It lessens the burden on the toggle, allowing for an increase in lifetime.
Our Toggle Clamping design achieves high-speed and smooth clamping while also requiring different molds to achieve low-pressure clamping, which differs from Hydraulic Clamping.
Dual injection cylinders provide high injection pressure and speed.
Because of the injection unite's unique design, the hydraulic charging motor can rotate 180 degrees from its original position, making it easier to change the material tube.
The strong injection structure keeps the stabilization of the injection unite when the hydraulic motor is charging.
