1. With the injection and setting devices on the same vertical centerline, the mold is opened and closed in an upward and downward direction. Because its nethermost space is only about half that of a perpendicular machine, it is roughly twice as productive when converted to nethermost space.

Using the model with the lower template fixed and the upper template portable, as well as combining the manipulator and belt conveyor device, fully automatic insert molding can be accomplished with ease.
