The Rubber-Metal Elastic Buffer is divided into vertical and lateral types, designed to limit the gap between the vehicle body and the frame within required specifications, while also providing elastic buffering. Additionally, it absorbs shock or friction-induced vibrations and noise, reducing damage to metal components.
Main Features:
1. Under compression, the load displacement relationship is nonlinear, with load increasing non-linearly.
2. Can be vulcanized with wear-resistant materials such as PTFE (Poly tetra fluoro ethylene) or nylon to reduce friction coefficients and protect metal parts.
3. In addition to elastic deformation, it can achieve a "hard" stop function for limit pushing.
4. Based on the vehicle body's limit requirements, it can cause a sudden increase in load under specified displacement conditions.
