BMS solutions are as follows:
1.make 8S cells to be a battery pack(module) and 30 packs(modules) in series
2.make 10S cells to be a battery pack(module) and 24 packs(modules) in series
3.make 12S cells to be a battery pack(module) and 20 packs(modules) in series
4.make 15S cells to be a battery pack(module) and 16 packs(modules) in series
5. make 16S cells to be a battery pack(module) and 15 packs(modules) in series
6.make 20S cells to be a battery pack(module) and 12 packs(modules) in series
7.make 24S cells to be a battery pack(module) and 10 packs(modules) in series
if your cell capacity is less than 150Ah or less, 15S battery cell as each pack will help you to save cost.
Taking the of lithium iron phosphate(nominal 3.2V) as an example, the calculation method of the actual rated voltage of the system is as below:
Eg 1: 16 cells connected in series for a module,10sets of 16S battery modules in series. System rated voltage: 10*16*3.2=512V
Eg 2: 15 cells connected in series for a module,8sets of 15S battery modules in series. System rated voltage: 8*15*3.2=384V
